We do not track people.
Ni Biashara is built to deliver value from data without surveillance tactics. Collection stays minimal, operational, and purpose-bound.
What We Collect
The collection model is intentionally small and practical.
- Aggregate site signals like total page views and top pages.
- Information you intentionally submit through forms, such as contact requests.
What We Do Not Collect
The site is designed to avoid common marketing surveillance patterns.
- No third-party tracking pixels.
- No cross-site behavioral tracking for advertising.
- No fingerprinting scripts.
- No hidden personal profiling for marketing campaigns.
How Signals Are Used
The point is to improve clarity and delivery quality, not to build personal profiles.
- Understand which pages are useful and where content needs improvement.
- Prioritize product and insight quality, not ad targeting.
- Keep review decisions grounded in aggregate usefulness, not invasive tracking.
Calls and Text Messages
If you share your phone number with Ni Biashara, we may use it to respond to your request, coordinate a call, or send service-related follow-up. This includes cases where you call or text the business line, send a WhatsApp message, submit a website form, or directly ask Ni Biashara to follow up.
- You opt in by contacting Ni Biashara through the website, phone line, WhatsApp, or a direct business inquiry and asking for follow-up, including when you submit a form and provide a phone number for a callback or text response.
- Messages are used for customer support, appointment coordination, lead follow-up, and business service notifications.
- Message frequency depends on the conversation. Standard message and data rates may apply.
- You can reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for help.
- Ni Biashara does not sell phone numbers or share mobile information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Connected Social Accounts and Automated Publishing
Ni Biashara operates an automated publishing system that shares our own published business content (blog posts and product announcements) to social pages and profiles we own or administer, including our LinkedIn Company Page, Facebook Page, and X (Twitter) account.
- We connect to each platform using that platform's official API and an access token the account owner explicitly authorizes. We request only the narrow scope needed to publish organic posts to the specific page or account we control.
- The data we access through these APIs is limited to the identity of the page or account being posted to and the permission to create posts on it. We do not read, store, or process your personal posts, messages, connections, followers, or contact lists.
- The only content published is material Ni Biashara itself authored. We do not repost, scrape, or redistribute other people's content through this system.
- Access tokens are stored as protected automation secrets, never embedded in public code, and are used solely to publish to the authorized destination.
- The account owner can revoke this access at any time from the connected platform's settings or app permissions screen, which immediately stops automated publishing for that platform.
- This automated publishing complies with each platform's developer and API terms and does not use the connection for advertising, audience profiling, or data resale.
Product-Specific Pages
Ni Biashara may host support and privacy pages for owned software products on direct product pages.
- SIQ privacy policy and SIQ terms and conditions for the current web app and mobile testing builds.
- Thara Farm privacy policy for the current iOS build and Android testing build.
- DJ Duplicate Cleaner support and DJ Duplicate Cleaner privacy policy for the macOS product page.
- These pages supplement this site-level policy with product-specific disclosures and may stay outside the main site navigation when they exist mainly for support or store-review use.
